Clara was born in Jerusalem, Israel on November 3rd 1996.
She studied law in Netanya Academic College, where she was awarded with an LLB (Honors) degree.
Her two Theses; “Registration of Genes as Property in a way of a Registry” and “The missing part in legislation against incest over the age of 21 in Israel” were highly appraised. She is a board member and lecturer of the Jewish-Romanian (Dorohoi) Holocaust survivor organization.
She regularly attends conferences and seminars, including the 2015 ITPA (International Tax Planning Association) conference in Monte-Carlo and the “FXEXPO” Forex expo in 2016.
Clara is a registered member of the ITPA (International Tax Planning Association) and has acquired her CySec certification for Financial Services Regulatory Framework.
Clara as legal consultant specializes in Company Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, CIF & IF applications, International Taxation and Tax Planning.
She is fluent in Hebrew, English and French, and has good knowledge of the Spanish and Greek languages.
Stylianos Georgiou was born in Limassol, Cyprus on September the 15th 1990.
He studied Law at the Democritus University of Thrace, in Greece, where he was awarded with an L.L.B. During his studies he completed among other, modules of the Corporate Law, the Civil Law, the European and the International Law.
He is fluent in Greek and has a good knowledge of English language.
